must for dere mammaer som kan slite litt med inntaket av grønnsaker hos barna i
huset.
Gjør slik;
800gr kyllingkjøttdeig
1 eggehvite
1 spiseskjed Worcestershire sauce
Bland
i krydder, løk, hvitløk, og ønskede grønnsaker.
Legg
blandingen i smurt 12-hulls cucake form og stek på 175grader i 30-40 minutter.
Topp med home made mashed potatoes.

This was really yummi. Stuffed full of vegetables,
yet so delicate that the kids devoured dinner that day. A must for you mums who
may struggle a bit with the intake of vegetables among the children in the
house.
Do the following;
800grminced chicken
1 egg white
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Mix thedesired spices, onions, garlic, and desired
vegetables.
Place mixture in greased 12-hole cucake dish and bake
at 175grader for 30-40 minutes. Top with homemade mashed potatoes.
